Head of Business Services UK

Kerry joined Throgmorton in 2010. Starting her career with HMRC Kerry now uses her 16 years of tax and commercial experience to understand the challenges of businesses to assist clients obtain the maximum from their relationship with us. Kerry focuses on building the business through knowledge, expanding networks, creating positive introductions and seeking a creative and collaborative environment.

Non-Executive Chairman

Andrew was a major owner and CEO of Throgmorton prior to Throgmorton being acquired in 2014. He has over 30 years experience in the traditional and alternative investment management space and is recognised as an industry leader by his peers. He continues to help grow Throgmorton in his roles as non-executive chairman.

Business Unit Director

Ranjan has over 25 years’ experience in delivering outsourcing accounting solutions to UK and multinational corporations. Ranjan heads up Throgmorton’s Accounting and Financial Regulatory Reporting discipline and has significant experience in the financial services industry in the alternative asset manager and private equity sectors. He specialises in providing advice to clients on regulatory reporting and financial reporting as well as technical accounting matters. He has assisted a number of clients with the preparation of their ICAAPs and advising on their capital requirements in accordance with the FCA regulations.

Business Unit Director

Faher brings 14 years of experience in providing outsource accounting solutions to SMEs in the alternative asset manager and private equity space. Whilst leading the accounting teams and ensuring the quality of all client deliverables is maintained, he also co-ordinates with other service lines for client onboarding and provides alternative solutions to support their business.

Head of Tax

Daniel joined Throgmorton on 3 April 2017 and has been Head of Tax since July 2020. In his role, Daniel leads the team and has overall operational responsibility for Business Tax, Personal Tax and VAT. Daniel initially joined as Head of VAT as he had previously been leading PwC’s Financial Services VAT technology business and he was in the PwC Financial Services VAT team for over 13 years. Prior to that, Daniel spent three years in the KPMG VAT Retail and Manufacturing team and four years as a Control Officer for HMRC. Daniel specialises in providing advice on VAT matters in the financial services sector with a particular focus on partial exemption, HMRC interaction and VAT and IPT compliance.

Head of HR Consulting

Lauri joined Throgmorton to lead the HR Consulting function in April 2019 after working in a similar capacity for over 15 years to deliver Human Resources Consultancy Services with a strong legal and regulatory focus. She enjoys working with clients to simplify and streamline HR policy and process and deliver truly commercial pragmatic solutions tailored to each individual business

Head of Payroll Services

Virginia has focused her career in outsourced payroll services and has over 25 years of payroll management experience. She has a particular interest in achieving efficiencies with the adoption of technology, to develop mutually beneficial processes in a multi-client environment.

Head of Company Secretarial

Limor joined Throgmorton in 2019 as the Head of Company Secretarial. She is a qualified solicitor and governance professional with extensive experience, advising private companies, FCA regulated entities and listed companies. Limor leads a global team of company secretaries offering full support from basic incorporations to complex group restructuring and from board support to governance and best practice advice.

Damjan is Head of Corporate Solutions for Switzerland and joined Apex in 2019. Damjan has over 20 years industry experience and a wealth of experience across corporate services, internal audit, statutory audit as well as management consultancy. Prior to joining Apex, Damjan led corporate services businesses of Link Group and Capita in Switzerland.

Head of Financial Modelling

Simon joined Throgmorton in 2019 as Head of Financial Modelling. Having previously worked in the shipping sector Simon brings a wealth of commercial experience to the team having built a wide range of solutions for a variety of stakeholders within the sector.

Business Unit Leader

Steven joined Throgmorton in 2013 and is a trusted advisor with 20 years of outsourcing experience and leads one of our client accounting business units. He is responsible for providing full accounting services, management accounts, VAT support, regulatory & statutory reporting to our clients, together with developing expertise within the team

Business Unit Leader

Jack joined Throgmorton in 2013 as a trainee and progressed to the role of Business Unit Leader in 2019. Jack leads one of our client accounting business units, providing outsourced services comprising management accounts, financial reporting, VAT and FCA compliance. He possesses a wealth of experience in formulating optimum solutions for individual clients.

Business Unit Leader

Oliver joined Throgmorton in 2019 from a top 20 accounting firm and currently leads one of our client accounting business units, providing our clients with back office solutions through the delivery of management accounts, statutory and regulatory financial reporting. He also has significant experience working with clients in selecting and implementing accounting software systems to bring automation and process efficiencies to their businesses.

Head of Business Tax

James joined Throgmorton in June 2020 to head the business tax team who provide tax compliance and advisory services to our clients. He has over 15 years of experience advising clients on domestic and international tax matters within the fund and asset management services industry and was brought into Throgmorton to help optimize the tax function and lead on the strategic direction of the department.

Head of Private Client Tax

Leila joined Throgmorton in 2019 and leads the Private Client Tax team. Prior to joining Throgmorton, Leila was working at Linklaters where she completed her Masters in Tax Law. Leila has now worked for over 15 years in the tax industry and is a Society Trusts and Estate Practitioner (STEP). Leila’s team offer a range of personal tax services including Inheritance Tax, trust work and handling disclosures to HMRC.

Tax Director - Technical & Advisory

Neil joined Throgmorton in 2012. He has over 40 years of experience in financial services taxation having also worked in industry and for a leading global accountancy firm. Neil provides high level tax advice, supporting both our clients and other tax professionals in our team.

Senior Tax Manager

Stephen joined Throgmorton in October 2009. His primary focus is on delivering tax compliance and tax advisory services to business tax clients.

Payroll Manager

David Holder has 30 years’ experience in payroll, twelve with Throgmorton. His payroll career began in the public sector, with Berkshire County Council, where he processed many types of complex and demanding payrolls with varying rules and regulations. At Throgmorton, David works with clients on a daily basis advising and guiding on best practice and payroll legislation. He works closely with the Head of Payroll and leads a strong knowledgeable; client facing team.

Senior Business Development Manager

James joined the Throgmorton team from the Private Client and Corporate Trustee department within Apex Group. James has a wealth of experience in private client, corporate services and funds from an offshore, onshore and international perspective. James is adept and culturally aware in international settings having spent nearly 20 years' in various European regions including, Iberia, Scandinavia and Ukraine as well as Hong Kong. He is currently studying the STEP Diploma in Family Business & Governance.

Senior Business Development Manager

Tomas joined Throgmorton in 2018. Beginning his career in publishing with the focus on financial services, he then transitioned directly into the financial services industry. Tomas has over 10 years of commercial experience and is responsible for managing and developing client relationships within the alternative investment industry and fintech.

Head of Corporate Solutions, Abu Dhabi

Olivier has more than 15 years’ experiences within the financial services industry. Olivier joined the Apex Group following the acquisition of LINK Asset Services where he was in the Luxembourg Office as Senior Manager. Olivier is now co-responsible for driving the continued growth of Throgmorton in the UAE.

Senior Manager – Business services

Roger joined Throgmorton team in 2021 and is responsible for providing Corporate services for clients in Australia. Prior to joining Apex, Roger has worked over 11 years in public accounting practice. Most recently with leading Corporate Service provider – TMF Group in their Melbourne Office where he was responsible for delivering corporate solutions – Accounting, Payroll & Tax for a range of SME and multinationals operating in Australia. Prior to this, Roger is a member of CPA Australia and is a Registered Tax Agent.
